- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My visit this morning at 7am will be my last. I came in with my sick kitten while the receptionist was on a phone call. She saw me come in but did not make eye contact, smile or acknowledge me in any way. I stood waiting and watched the clock for well over 8 minutes before I walked out and she still did not say a word to me even then. Absolutely horrible customer service. This is not the first time I have been treated rudely by staff so we will not be returning to this clinic.December 06, 2016by Diana O'Neill
